We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

• Ordering the wrong item
• Change of mind
• Unused or unopened products
• Accidental purchases

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos or video of the packaging
• Photos of the product and label
• A description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item only.

Refunds or substitutions are not available.

If you prefer express shipping, an additional $10 fee will be applied at checkout.

Once your package has been handed over to UPS , Amethyst Peptides is no longer responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery issues
