• Change of mind

• Unused or unopened products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

 

• Photos or video of the packaging

• Photos of the product and label

• A description of the issue

 

 

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item only.

Refunds or substitutions are not available.
