We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

• Unused or unopened products

• Accidental purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos or video of the packaging

• Photos of the product and label

• A description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item or refund you the value of that item.

Orders will be shipped using UPS Ground or Ups 2nd day air, depending on which option of shipping you choose.

-Express Shipping

If you prefer express shipping, an additional $10 fee will be applied at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST → Ship same day

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST → Ship next business day
